      Because we bake all of our cakes to order, we prefer to have at least three days notice for a cake order.  However, we realize that sometimes things come up where you might need a cake on shorter notice than that.  We are now making a few extra cakes. These cakes are usually made from the same batter as some of our special order cakes.  We decorate them and put them on display for a maximum of one day.  If at the end of that day they do not sell, we wrap them and put them in our freezer.   That way, if you need a cake at the last minute we will have a few choices for you.   We canot always guaranty the flavor or the icing design, or the size,  but we can assure you that they will be delicious and will fulfill that “last minute” need.Our cake flavors are quite extensive, but for the most part our stock cakes will be from the following list:
      •  Vanilla 
      •  Chocolate  
      •  Yellow  
      •  BTS Chocolate
      •  Strawberry 
      • Cherry with white chocolate icing
      •  Carrot with Maple Syrup Icing
      The sizes of our cakes that might be in the cooler or the freezer include:
      • 6", 8", 10" 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, full sheet.
      • Single Layer
      • Double Layer
      Cup Cakes Each week we offer an assortment of cup cakes in our cooler.  Again the flavors might vary.  If you want a couple dozen and order them at least a day in advance you can choose flavors from the list that appears above or on the Wedding Cake Planning Pages.
